• Designed and developed a comprehensive microcontroller-based system for controlling pumps in an electric car.
• Initially implemented an Arduino-based solution to manage pump control based on fluid temperature and manual inputs, providing a reliable interim solution while awaiting the final PCBs.
• Simultaneously, engineered the PCB design and firmware for the ultimate controller using a Texas Instruments C2000 microcontroller, ensuring robust and efficient management of the pumps.
• The final C2000-based system incorporated advanced control algorithms and sensor integration for optimal performance.
• This project significantly bolstered my confidence and expertise in PCB design, firmware development, and real-time motor control systems.
